1917: Fritz and Hans Spahr open their first workshop specializing in quality watches
1923: Fritz Spahr junior takes over the company’s sales operations
1941: A new and ultra-modern factory is constructed near the Lengnau train station
1951: Fritz Spahr junior becomes managing director – Eloga watches are highly acclaimed
1955: Death of Fritz Spahr junior
1966: His wife, Grety, takes over – along with her daughter Gisela and Walter Renfer as assistant to the general management
1975: Launch of Eloga’s famous ladies’ diamond watches
1996: Revival of a prestigious name - Eloga
2003: Launch of a major media campaign for Eloga in France, with the company sponsoring the “Festival International d’Automobile”
2004: Named by the international press as the “Diamond Watch” – both Vanessa Demouy and Claire Laroche wear Spazio by Eloga and Jacques Weber wears Eloga’s Tzar
2005: Eloga selects Sabonis, the famous Baltic NBA basketball player, as its ambassador for the launch of the new men’s watch
2006: Eloga finds its muse, top model Angie Everhart, for the launch of two new ladies’ watch designs in rose gold: Full Waves & Elusive
